“Without her competency and extreme efforts, I would not be the healthy person I am today.“
Dash is my medical advocate and personal assistant. While I spent 3 months in the ICU, she managed all my bills for my home and my healthcare expenses. She identified, coordinated, and supervised the caregivers I needed for 10 months while I was in the hospital, in skilled nursing, and when I returned home. She coordinated with vendors to set up the specialized equipment I needed for my 24/7 home care. She recommended and coordinated the specialized ambulance service I needed for my trips to the dialysis center three times a week. She communicated with all my doctors on MyChart, scheduled all my medical appointments, and managed all my medications.
In short, without her competency and extreme efforts, I might not be the healthy person I am today — a year later. I am ever indebted to her for her service and wish her all the success with Agency of Care.

“AOC is the only one to keep a consistent team.“
Agency Of Care has been a true blessing for me. The care and support I have received has made a significant impact on my well-being and recovery. They have maintained the same team of caregivers who are dedicated to my care. The caregivers became familiar with my needs, and I can see that they truly care. They are compassionate, and make my day better, every day. Accepting care is difficult for me personally, as I have always been extremely independent. AOC caregivers work with humility, respect my space and preserve my dignity. We worked with several agencies for few months before we reached out to AOC. They are the only one to keep a consistent team. Call them, you will be happy you did.

“Age can slow me down, but it won’t shut me up. 😊”
I am 98, and slowing down. Dash worked with me to gently explain (and help me accept) that reality in a very supportive and positive manner. I was getting frustrated with my limitations. Everything was getting harder and taking longer to do. With her support I now have a sense of freedom I did not before. It has opened up ways to do my daily activities, and I am not defined by my limitations anymore.
Dash created a roster of caregivers and she works with them everyday. She coordinates my doctors appointments and transportation, orders and manages the supplies and Rx, speaks with the various therapists regarding my care, manages my calendar, pays my bills on time, and navigates my care with the different departments at my independent living community. There is an ease to life now which is undeniable. She helps manage my office and my life. Most of all she notices my needs before I do. She does all this with humility and respect. She supports my care and retains my confidence in all I can still do. I feel safe and secure with her oversight and care.
I have the same set faces that show up every day. I know, as my Parkinson’s progresses, this is going to be critically important. The caregivers understand me and my needs and have already created a relationship with me. I enjoy their care and companionship. I cannot thank Dash, and the caregivers at Agency Of Care enough for their unwavering support. Their commitment to my comfort and health has made such a positive difference in my life.

“A stable and calm demeanor — the ballast on a boat riding through very choppy waters.“
I am a financial advisor for a client whom both Dash and I work with. Dash and I didn’t have any responsibilities requiring us to work directly together until two years ago when our mutual client had an unexpected medical emergency. Dash was incredible! She had been working with the client in a support role such as taking care of the house when the client was travelling, picking up mail, and providing general assistance. When the client got sick suddenly, Dash stepped in and coordinated all of the healthcare needs, bill paying, phone calls, inquiries from family and friends and doctor visits, some of which required an ambulance. Dash has a very stable and calm demeanor, acting as the ballast on a boat riding through very choppy waters.
She handled everything with decorum, professionalism and the utmost care beyond the administrative needs. For our mutual client, Dash even planned a birthday party with family and close friends to bring some normalcy to the client’s long road to recovery. Dash set up a group text distribution list to keep everyone updated on the client’s health and coordinated visits when appropriate.
She sent photos to all of us so we could see the client’s progress and she even made bright colored t-shirts for all of us to wear in a show of solidarity and support for the client. The client has made a remarkable recovery. Dash stepped in when needed, taking on all the client’s responsibilities and obligations without hesitation.
I whole-heartedly recommend Dash to anyone needing extra assistance. She is amazing.
